I been to several Walgreens and this one sucks! Rude and slow staff. They need to hire more people or something. So if you need your medication I recommend a different Walgreens!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!
Seriously, people! If you're on medication, count your pills before you leave the pharmacy! I can't tell you how many times I've been shorted! What are these pharmacists/technicians doing? Pocketing them?! I'm sick and tired of this happening to me! Human error? Um, no. This has been happening too much. One time I could see human error. But not several times. I was just treated so rudely by the guy at the pharmacy. Contacted customer service and will be calling the store in the morning! Totally ridiculous!
This is the worst pharmacy. The "convenient" drive thru service sucks. I've been in line waiting to get to the window for 1/2 hour. They never have meds to fill my sons order and even when promised I'd get it I still have to wait days. I wouldn't have even given this craphole one star but it didn't allow anything less. Switching pharmacies after this. Ridiculous working people have things to so besides sit in line waiting.
I have been sitting here in the drive thru for almost 20 min. I am blocked in or I would have went inside. But, I'm sure the service is just as slow inside. I always have problems with this walgreens, but they are the only ones who seems to have my sons meds in stock when I need them. As I write this, I am still waiting inline. Drive thru is supposed to be convenient, especially with 2 small kids in the car, not a hassle. This is ridiculous.
I certainly hope this so called manager was relieved of his job. Nothing ticks me off more than seeing one of our servicemen disrespected. And I will not support any business that allows this kind of treatment to them. If this manager is still on duty then Walgreen's will now be ranked the same as Starbucks. Unamerican and a total disgrace to everything this country stands for.
Why would you refuse service to someone with a service animal? Walgreens is a public business open to the public and therefore subject to public accommodation laws. It is not a private residence and if you compare it to a private residence you are an idiot. The manager should be fired. I will think long and hard before shopping at walgreens again.
