Requested prescription refills online yesterday. Checked today and status showed incomplete and to call pharmacy. Called at 6:29 pm and was told nothing was showing online and it would be a 90 minute wait. Arrived at store an hour and a half later only to be told nothing was coming up in their system for a refill request. Even though the pharmacy tech spoke to said she had submitted the request. Just left the Walgreens on Galloway where I just experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never go there again. CVS is across the street and they will have business for now on. Plus the store was filthy and unorganized shelves.
Every time I go in there the lines are long especially in the pharmacy. I left and went to another pharmacy got right in to get a flu shot! Slow slow slow Get it together Walgreens on Galloway get it together Walgreens on Galloway!

The only reason they got one star is because zero isn’t an option. Every time we went here there is some sort of problem. It is ridiculous and they do not care about their customers in the least. It is horrible.
Went to the drive-thru pharmacy at 11. Was told 20 minutes so we went inside to wait. Several people picked up and were left standing for 5 to 10 minutes before anyone even talked to them. When it finally cleared after waiting 30 minutes I asked if ours was ready and was told “I’ll be with you in a minute.” After watching her on the computer for 15 minutes I finally said something. I have had such a poor experience with this store and filling my prescriptions untimely and incorrectly. The service here is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would expect far more from the Walgreens brand.
The pharmacy here has become terrible. The are slow, rude and mistake after mistake. Trying to get my Tylenol with codeine filled and they fill my methotrexate instead. REALLY!!!! Turned in 2 prescriptions one for me and one for my husband. They lose his and try to tell me I didn't turn it in. Excuse me roll the film from those cameras you have and see that the lady looked at both prescriptions before she told us it would be one hour till they were ready. Time to find a new pharmacy.
SLOW doesn't even begin to describe the experience the people in pharmacy are so slow rude and obnoxious it irks me to have to go there when krogers is closed
