Walgreens needs to train employees better. A service dog or not. All you have to do is walk up slowly and ask the customer about the dog.

I don't think Walgreens did anything wrong. Te dog should have had proper identification (special collar or harnesses or vest). Also, the man was very rude and using profanity.
