Purchased our second RV from Wagners with no issues. Courteous staff from office to the lot. Took us thru our RV's and explained everything. Have not dealt to much with service department other than brake controller and hitch installs which were all done OK. Delivery times were all at scheduled times.

We bought a new bighorn from Wagners in Cleveland and we have a lot of issues with it , the slide out leaks every time it rains. We have been dealing with this for 4 months now and we can't seem to get anywhere with the service department to get this fixed. Take my advice and buy a camper from a different dealership!!!
Bought a camper here a 5 years ago and the day we went to pick it up and finish our loan details, suddenly everything changed. They were very unprofessional, unorganized and dishonest in every way. The whole story changed once they saw an excited young couple coming to pick up their first camper, if we had only known we could still back out we would have ran very fast out of there. Fast forward 5 years later... I contacted the parts department to order a new door for our camper and I have been given the run around for 3 days... read more
We love Wagner's. We bought our camper there, and they gave us a fair trade-in of my pop-up. I would recommend them to any one. We live two hours away, but will definitely make the trip.
