I am happy with the service at Wagner's. Even though we went a little over budget, they repaired everything the way I asked, and more. The cleaned and safety checked the whole thing, and now my 28 year old camper looks almost brand new. Thanks for the great work, and we'll be back.
Don't buy anthing from Wagners RV. Our new camper has been in there 3 times for hot water heater issues and they still want to charge for a service call to come fix it, the worst customer service I've ever delt with. Take some ownership in what you do!
I purchased a new 5th wheel last year.(2nd camper purchased from here )had taken it back on 5 different occasions for repairs in the last year twice for the same problem. 2nd trip out this year and the shade above are couch breaks AGAIN !!! I called Wagner's and asked if they could replace it he told me my warranty has just expired THIS MONTH and there was nothing he could do about it I argued that they have already replaced this shade once before and asked if they would stand behind there service since I've taken my camper ... read more
Went there for my first time to have a recall done on my camper that I didn't buy there. Service was fast, and courteous. Very happy. Ran into a sales man while I was killing time, was very helpful and zero pressure.
We bought our first Jayco 3 years ago. This year it was time for an upgrade, FMB was the only place we wanted to deal with. Their customer service is the best!
