We purchased a brand 2016 new travel trailer from Wagner's in August 2015. We just made the second payment and something broke. Wagner's is not being helpful and said it isn't their fault is something breaks on it. Apparently they aren't interested in getting referrals from anyone since once they have your money their customer service disappears.
It's kind of funny that my trade in dropped by $2000 in 2 days.

We appreciate all customers stopping in to the property. On Saturday you stopped in and dealt with one salesperson, today you when you called, you talked to another person. The first trade in on Saturday you stated you owned a 1999. Then you called today and said you had a 1994. We did try to call you back but we got disconnected...

I can't say I'd go back to wagners Rv. I was not impressed with my salesman or the delivery of my camper. It shows up late which would of been OK if I didn't have a trip planned and was told it would be in with no problems. When we picked it up it was not cleaned up at all..I thought. But if having lots sawdust in drawers, enough to dump out, and cut off PVC pipes under the sink and caulk fingerprints on the windows is normal well then it was spotless.
