Went here with My Daughter yesterday in storm.We already were at 2places. Here were the best prices and Agree Very Attentive. She will be getting here from there and shortly after we left realized a Friend had one they Admired and he purchased his from there too!
Very happy with everything! From start to finish everything has been first class. First time out in the new camper, we had a question and they walked me through it. Whenever I call with a question they are so helpful. Great place!
Over the years my husband and I have purchased several RV's from different dealers. Wagner's RV had a truck camper we were interested in. We fell in love with it after driving from Milwaukee to Suamico and purchased it. I must say everyone from Randy who sold it to us and John who did the walk through was fantastic. Don't buy anthing from Wagners RV. Our new camper has been in there 3 times for hot water heater issues and they still want to charge for a service call to come fix it, the worst customer service I've ever delt with. Take some ownership in what you do!
I purchased a new 5th wheel last year.(2nd camper purchased from here )had taken it back on 5 different occasions for repairs in the last year twice for the same problem. 2nd trip out this year and the shade above are couch breaks AGAIN !!! I called Wagner's and asked if they could replace it he told me my warranty has just expired THIS MONTH and there was nothing he could do about it I argued that they have already replaced this shade once before and asked if they would stand behind there service since I've taken my camper ... read more
