website never up dated sales people are a joke! Half the time they won't give you the time of day and the other half they have no clue what's for sale or what's sold. No one ever calls you back when they say they will. seems like they try to do a bait and switch tactics....come down and look at this camper oops it's sold but we have this one for onle $30k more. the list goes on and on owner should fire every sales person and hire someone who knows what's going on there

Got my money months ago and I still dont have my camper. They offered to hold until spring, made appointment to pick up, now they cant retrieve my camper from wherever it is stored in a swamp somewhere. Been lied to and avoided by the manager when asked to speak directly to him. All I get is the we are doing you a favor attitude and the arrogance is sickening. I understand they cant control the weather but maybe they could have planned a little better when I made my appointment, rather than calling the morning of to say they... read more

Wagners RV has absolutely terrible service. They do not return calls, they do not respond to emails. Last fall I had water overflow in the tub of my camper on a permanent site. I called the insurance company right away. Being I bought the camper at Wagners, we decided to call them for the estimate. It took me a month of calling and emailing to actually get through to someone to ask for the estimate. It was probably another month to actually get the estimate back. Shout out to Travis and Mitch who saved our girl's weekend in Michigan. Ran into trouble with our camper lights, 5 miles away from Wagners. They got us in right away and within a half hour we were back on the road. Thank you Wagners!!!
