Went there for my first time to have a recall done on my camper that I didn't buy there. Service was fast, and courteous. Very happy. Ran into a sales man while I was killing time, was very helpful and zero pressure.
We had a poor experience with Wagner's RV Center in Green Bay related to the pricing of our camper. You've heard the saying "the customer is always right", well I didn't need to be "right", I just wanted to be heard. Unhappy Camper :(
Had a wonderful experience! John was great! He went out of his way to assist my wife and I. We could not be happier! All of the staff treated us with great respect and appreciation.
We stopped by to look at their high-end truck campers, Host and Arctic Fox. The salesman was knowledgeable and no pressure. He allowed us to look at our pace at the many models they have, before gently introducing himself.
The staff were friendly, but it took multiple attempts to fix a simple problem.
The camper is great! But unfortunately it was the worst experience I've ever had buying anything in my entire life. The sales people were horrible the service is terrible and after the camper was bought they no longer care about you whatsoever. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a camper go someplace else!
