I have never been more disappointed in a business and customer service in my life, let alone treated the way I was! We bought a new camper in February, brand new! We have had nothing but issues since! We have had to bring it in 2 times already since June and there are more trips to come. My girlfriend son bought a camper from them an it is junk two flat tires on the first time they used it an not even the right tires on it to began with it leaks all over the place slide out don’t work they really know how to sell lemons go to van boxtel an but not wagners there will be a lot of bad publicity on this an the BBB has been contacted what a joke of a place they suck
My experience with Wagner’s RV Center was excellent! We had been camping in Northern Wi and had a big storm with high winds and heavy rain. The wind tore the lights off the awning right into a deep mud puddle. And of course a circuit snapped off. After resetting the circuit some electrical things didn’t work: we checked the fuses ; they were all good. The refrigerator would only work on gas. They sold my brother a camper that ended up having issues 7 days after they bought it. Just band aided it enough to not catch it upon date of purchase. When they called about the issues they basically told them sorry not sorry. I will look elsewhere when I buy a camper.
