Great experience I drove from Oregon to purchase my Montana Fifth Wheel from Wagner's RV Center. Their price was the best in the nation for this brand new trailer. The salesman I dealt with, Randy, was very professional. He answered all my question very quickly and quickly responded to my request with additional pictures. Looking for a deal....don't look here! We bought a brand new 2006 travel trailer this fall and found out after we agreed to purchase it that it doesn't come with battery, jack stands, levelers, tank cover, metal plate for hich post. (Shows us one sells us a different one) Our deal became expensive.....then we get a damaged one which warrenty covers but to get them to take care of it took going directly to manufacturer. parent My brother in law bought a new rv and saw it with the spare tire etc. on it and when he went to get it they took it off! Said it was not included.
Great RV store Had repairs done on my 5th wheel. Worked with me to explain all the options and what was necessary and what could be delayed.

DON'T BUY from this store We bought a used trailer. The salesman couldn't tell me good answers to my guestions. He said towing was included, but wasn't. When he showed me the trailer when I paid for it he didn't know how to use the awning and another salesman ended up showing me. He also said when they deliver they would give me a final showing on how everything works(we are first time buyers). They never did. I gave the salesman my cell# to call when they deliver it. RecommendedOur salesman Travis was very helpful and totally fair on any issues we had with our camper. Top notch service in my opinion. Any concerns or issues were taken care of.
I have never been more disappointed in a business and customer service in my life, let alone treated the way I was! We bought a new camper in February, brand new! We have had nothing but issues since! We have had to bring it in 2 times already since June and there are more trips to come. Some of the reasons are, they forget to order parts or a lot of cosmetic issues like scratches, dents and pealing that should have been caught and fixed right away (yes we found them when we picked it up, but back to order parts that weren't... read more
