Jon was able to take a failed project from a previous contractor and manage historic building preservation, regulation in Westminster, a lack of parking, plumbing from the Victorian age, and a demanding client to deliver a beautiful result. I love my garden flat extension, it manages to respect the historic nature of a building from the 1840s while also adding amenities to be proud of in 2025.

We used W8 Build to extend, remodel and refurbish our 1950’s house, turning it into our dream family home. We hired Jon and his team at W8build to excavate a 50 square metre basement under our existing house to create a new living room, bathroom and utility room. It was a very difficult job that most builders we spoke to didn’t even want to consider.
