Don't be misled. Booked a room and you'll be booking the room "in the same category" (in words of the manager) as what you see online. Asked to change rooms to the one advertised (and paid for) but to no avail. The helper staff was prompt and friendly and helpful, a blessing, and good location. But this is because the room you probably will be booking isn't the nice Victorian style house advertised on its front cover. I was directed to a room on a different street. Essentials are definitely there to meet travellers needs.
Currently staying here and I cannot sleep. I’m in a basement room. It smells and its super uncomfortable. Took a shower felt like people could see me. I feel like the pictures I looked at when I booked are NOTHING like the room I received. Person at the reception was nice. If you can afford better, don’t stay here.
Great value for money in a great location
The executive studio room does not have any oven or washing machine as displayed on other booking websites. The entire hotel is in quite a dirty state including the actual rooms and our tv remote had no batteries which meant we had to go downstairs to the receptionist to get some new batteries only to find out that he wasn’t there and would be be back shortly according to a paper stuck on the door.
