RecommendedDespite the circumstances of the storm and im sure them having an overwhelming amount of traffic, the hotel was well kept and the cleanliness was up to par. The staff was very pleasant.

Had a very unpleasant stay the room was not what it looked like on the website . My party and I have the switch room due to damages in the room before we were there. We requested a rollaway bed and was told that we could not have it in the room because it was a fire hazard. The service was horrible. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge us when we went to the pool side Cabana. Then was addressed as though we were not guess there and had to prove that we had paid for our Cabana and did not have ser... read more
It's ok room was very damaged, staff was friendly but the rooms really need some work done
The hotel is alright. Rooms were dirty, but staff was nice
Not worth the $. Staff was cordial, dapper and quite professional. Just like its decor, it was very cold. Beautifully Industrially decorated, yet lacked the warmth and welcome. For the price, daily water and a snack could be complimentary. Done not to be repeated.
