Didn't care much for the room, and didn't have any face towels.
Our visit did not start out great as there were issues with our room but customer service was amazing and handled everything. Way to go customer service! We will be back ! Thank you!
This is my favorite Hotel. I really love the service they provide and the decor of the hotel is beautiful. Everyone has a smile on their face and a wonderful attitude.
We are currently having an awful experience here. Our room smells like old pot as you walk in the door. The room itself is in horrible condition. We are missing a smoke detector, which I am fairly certain is illegal if not just dangerous, electrical plates falling off the wall, lights out, a beat up refrigerator that is worse than my college dorm room, and dirty fixtures in the bathroom.
