Service was fantastic but was let down with the housekeeping and maintenance. The headboard was peeling, the hardware mounting it to the wall were broken and missing. The bathroom wall mounted towel bar wasn’t even attached to the wall on one side. Cups and bottles sitting on tables and on the floors weren’t touched for the duration of my stay. Being a W hotel and the price paid I expected more. I have been to many other W hotels and haven’t had this problem.

We are a touring band and have had great customer services on many of our recently stays at the W. on Friday we incounterd the worst W experience. We arrived in town and called ahead to see if we could check in early. The front desk told us he sees no problem with this. Our Tour bus driver dropped us off. We went to check in at 220pm. Needless to say we were told it will be about an hour before we could get in. Our tour bus driver arrived at 430 and we still haven't got our rooms ready and offered a free drink. I have been staying at this hotel since 2013 when I first began traveling for work in Atlanta. It was always a good experience until my last two visits during the past month and a half. My room was not ready when I arrived on both occasions being past 5pm. The excuse was that the room wasn’t cleaned as of yet and the other excuse was that the truck that delivered their linens was stuck in traffic somewhere. I used to book groups here all of the time. Only good thing about the place was the head of security who was calm and together AFTER the staff called the security on me for not allowing line skippers. They truly have gone down in service. I’m shocked that nothing’s changed with the amount of negative responses.
