RecommendedEnjoyed the view from the 25th floor. The inside of the hotel was very beautiful and elegant design, so we were told that it was remodeled recently in 2019 beginning of the year.
Bar staff gentleman was rude,and nasty, another waitress at the bar couldn't get an order for 2 people correct after 3 times.. ac wouldn't cool off room, fridge didn't get cold, bathroom sink wouldn't drain due to stopper kept falling and not being able to get it back up, rooms didn't have extra toiletries such as tp..just the little bit on roll..elevators get stuck..I can go on..but the matress was comfy and pretty hotel..I don't recommend and won't stay here again
We hosted my mothers 50th party here at the W Midtown! Everything was amazing and the rooms were wonderful! Def will stay here next time and always! Great location close to everything!

very nice and love the bathroom
We were not impressed. We booked 2 rooms for my daughter's sweet 16. Rooms are very small and kind of run down. I've had a better room at the LA Quinta inn for way less money. I booked a room at the W downtown for my nieces birthday a year or so ago and it was beautiful. We should have stayed there. The parking was $44 a night! Highway robbery. The only thing 4 star about this hotel is that the staff was super nice. We spent almost $500 for one night and we could have spent much less for nicer rooms somewhere else. We won't ... read more
