Excellent service from the moment we stepped out the car to valet!
Poor - very disappointed almost $300 a night and very poor - décor was awful, poor lighting in rooms, but they had all the snacks, booze and candy in the room - bathroom grout coming out, and Cold breakfast this morning - the burners were blowing the circuits or something - just poor -
Loved it!!! We had a great weekend! Beautiful hotel! Our room was clean... The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was perfect for wine at night and coffee in the morning. The bed was heavenly! I would highly recommend.
Called ahead with a question from the concierge-3 days before I got a call back. No bellhop to take luggage to the room -had to haul it all to the concierge to ask them to do it. No towels in the room, had to call twice for them. The interior is falling apart and the rooms reflect the age and hard wear and tear. The staff was generally not very helpful or attentive. Kind of a water trip and I’m a preferred golf member with SPG.
His used to be a very nice hotel and it has really taken a turn for the worse. It’s looking really run down, our headboard had a giant rip in it. The sink was cracked and the finishes were just worn down. Also, the service was very poor. We had to wait to ask the concierge to take our bags up, the valet was very slow even after we called ahead to get our car, and when we called down to say our refrigerator was locked it took an hour for someone to come up to unlock it. Worst hotel ever..i travel for a living so stay in a lot of hotels..customer service was very poor. Remote wasnt working in the room, called for a new battery two nights in a row and both times it took them over an hour to come. No coffee maker in the room. They want you to come downstairs to buy their coffee. Wires were exposed in my room. No electrical plates on the outlet. Wires hanging down from the tv. Never again.....
There were many things that disappointed me about the service I received during my stay. The W should exceed my expectations given that this is a four star hotel. Didn’t feel like I received that in my interactions with the employees.
