Normally good service but today none of the usual staff were there and pretty awful service from the boys who were there. Very rough and generally didn’t seem interested at all in customer service. I won’t be returning and don’t think the ladies sat either side of will return either
I’m not one for writing negative reviews but I visited the salon whilst staying with family. I was passed between staff during the time I was there and the quality for £40 has a lot to be desired. My nails are all different shapes and lengths, chipped within 3 days and overall really poor. I appreciate the day I attended was busy. However getting nails all the same shape and length is basic. I am very very disappointed with the service I got this morning, there was NO CUTICLE CARE,, I asked why and she said "I've filed them" I said "I've always had cuticle caer and removal of dead skin" she said nothing. When she had finished I told her I was not happy and my nails looked shabby, to which she flippantly replied "sorry" l Here are 3 photos but ALL my nails are like this. they overbook, you can expect to wait at least 40 to 60 mins before your appt starts! and then the manicure is rushed, I used to always use this salon and was very pleased with what they provided,. however, not anymore, you are passed from one person to another, and the finish leaves alot to be desired, I will not go back there again. They never refuse you an appointment, they will push everyone in, not good business practice, I am sure they have lost alot of regular clients because of this and the standard has gone down!!!
1st time here,, very good customer service, the gentleman who attended to my trotters was very good and I will return
