This place felt like they just wanted to fail the car quickly (especially if your car is an older model) and move on. After the visit, I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, and the part which failed VTNZ turned out to be not as serious as described. For my case, I passed AA WOF inspection last year, and have been driving the car since 2020 and passed every WOF test for the part that they failed my car. In conclusion, VTNZ inspection wasn’t done fairly.
Very busy
Excellent service could not fault the office team, they need to have free lunch once a month to show we care.
Tried to get a WOF done this morning. Went to counter first and was told which lane to go to. Waited 20m then was told I had to swap with van behind me cause he’d booked. Poor customer service.
