Walked into this branch today to get a rego label printed. I was assisted by the representative at the counter, Kishan, who didn’t seem particularly welcoming. I was asked to fill out an MR6 form, which took about 30 seconds. After that, Kishan attempted to process the request but seemed to have difficulty with the system and had to make several calls to obtain a password.
