Danielle helped us choosing an engagement ring. She was knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and very patient when I couldn’t decide between the multiple choices! We got to see a good selection of diamonds and ring styles and it really helped to make the final decision. I would recommend VRAI to anyone considering buying a ring and not quite sure where to start. Enjoy!

Chose an engagement ring online, however, wished to discuss with an expert before committing to the purchase. Appointment arranged with Yi-Ting in VRAI London office on 3 January 2025 & was very helpful in providing me with options. Ring was purchased & arrived very quickly on 13 January 2025, I was kept informed every step of the way so the overall experience form start to finish was brilliant. I proposed to my Girlfriend on a short trip to Italy on 3 June, she said 'yes' and was delighted with the ring.

Danielle was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She created a relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel rushed in trying on some of the beautiful options at the Vrai showroom.
