What a find! Took my engagement ring in as the claws had become damaged and loose, after Kayes jewellers refused to repair it, which is where I originally purchased it, albeit 38 years ago! The team in VOW, couldn't be more helpful. Oscar took my ring with a view to repairing, however on further investigation advised it would benefit a rebuild. I had a silver ring with emeralds (bought abroad) remade in gold in Vow Chester. The gentleman explained the process, and suggested an improvement to the design. The ring on its return is gorgeous, glad I went with his suggestion since it's a definite improvement. Really pleased and would definitely recommend this friendly shop.
What a wonderful experience visiting this jewellers, would recommend anyone to purchase an item of jewellery there, the lady and gentleman in the shop were absolutely brilliant with a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely be back to make another purchase.
Really simple easy service by Oscar. I got a ring engraved. He was very helpful offering suggestions and advice. All the work was done in house rather than sending it away which I liked as I knew where the ring was at all times. Very efficient service and the engraving looked really good. Would highly recommended
