Very poor customer service and service department I have been taking my vehicle in for oil consumption test for two years and finally they said bring it in tomorrow and we will fix the pistons so bring it in the next morning thinking finally after two years and bringing it in every 500 miles to get filled up with oil its goingto get fixed well think again they said oh well we already put pistons in it under special warranty so its not covered. I bought my first car from Voss today, and it was my first time ever going through this process. I worked with Curtis Evans, who is a new car salesman, but who had absolutely no problem with showing me various used cars. It was not about the sale for him, it was about finding me the perfect vehicle. I ended up with a used 2016 Malibu and couldn't be happier.
Took my truck up there to get serviced and was done in a reasonable time.
