I had not purchased a new vehicle (from Voss) since 2002. I went to Voss to test drive an Equinox. I asked if I could see one with an entertainment package, was told "only 6 were delivered to Ohio, they were sold, impossible to get one now". I asked to test drive an AWD, was told "don't have any in stock in Red". After 4 hours of negotiations, wanted to add tint to front windows, no problem, 30 minutes later, "have to remove from purchase, the guy who did that quit˝.
