My car looks so great! I used another body shop in the area and the service, professionalism, and price was way more superior at Voss Collision.
Well I came in for my first oil change and waited 2 plus hours for that and a software update for a recall. Certified service sounds great but I may decide to visit a different dealership after this. People were nice but 2 hours was way too long for this
This service center needs way better CS people. I've had problems when I come in and when I call to schedule anything. I won't be back.

This dealer is only in it for the cash. As with the other responses that have no concerns for their customer. Bought a car certified here and 10 days later having 25k in repairs done to it. Dealer says not their problem.
