Before you trade your vehicle in check the NADA price, apparently they use their own software called "screw the customer" was about 10,000 difference that they couldn't explain. Would recommend any other chevy dealership. Staff seemed very in expirenced and not very knowledgeable.

I took my HHR recall issue to Voss and once I requested service I waited 3 weeks for the part to come in. I was offered a rental if I felt unsafe in my vehicle, but I did not. Once the parts were in I scheduled my appointment with no issues. 4 days before my service appointment, however, a computer/transmission issue popped up and I needed to fast track my car into the shop for service. I'm truly disappointed in the way that my recall service was handled. And truly disappointed that I was passed on to another service representative during the course of this. It wasn't until I told someone that I didn't feel safe in my car that the recall was done. I was only in the rental provided by Voss for five days. Imagine after waiting for four months for my recall parts to arrive, somehow they magically arrived in three business days. Wish someone would have told me about the "magic words" three months ago.
