Voss Chevrolet, the service manager has been cheating me for quite some time. I want to first start by saying that I started working with John, he was wonderful. But then I got moved to Greg. I was in the market to buy a preowned Malibu, but wanted some specific upgrades (leather seats, remote start). Voos had the exact car I was looking for, but was unfortunately an hour and a half from my home. My husband and I decided to make the drive and it was totally worth it. My husband looked for several weeks to find that perfect truck. He wanted one that was certified and he found one at VOSS. Started hearing a rattling noise in the door and discovered it was the speaker. Then discovered it was an after market speaker and the brackets had been cut..... obviously this was done prior to my husband purchasing this!!! Now VOSS won't honor any warranty -to fix the rattling lose brackets (on a supposed certified truck)....won't even return his phone calls!!! HORRIBLE customer service. I just bought ... read more
