I’ve never had customer service employees talk over me when calling in to get an appointment for my truck. This is what happened. I also went in for an oil change, mentioned I had coupons from them to use that I left on my desk at home, and was told they’d take care of it. Nope, because they couldn’t do anything without having them. They are your coupons and you don’t know about them unless I have them with me?! Don’t forget your coupons and be prepared to be cut off over the phone !!

Took our Car in for check engine light, and it was entirely covered under warranty. Voss gave us a loaner until it was repaired. Because of how seamless the process was, we went back to Voss when our family was outgrowing our second car. Kevin Peavy was fantastic in every way. This is where I purchased my vehicle and have had ALL of the service/maintenance done on my Cruz. They keep great records on everything I have had done and have treated me well for several years. This was the first time, however (that I know of) that they did not refill my windshield washer fluid when I had my oil changed - makes me kinda wonder how many other things they have "forgotten" to do.
I’ve never shopped at Voss...but I don’t think I ever will. For one reason... The 2 minute Ad that has interrupted pretty much every video I’ve watched on YouTube for about a year now. I’m sick of it.
Their rates are outrageous !! Charged two hours to replace a emission valve on the motor!!! Took the tech 20 minutes tops to fix it !!!
I will not take my car anywhere else! Everything is thoroughly explained as well as options. They show you the issue through pictures and prioritize the problem. I’ve compared prices ( I’ve always been warned dealerships will overprice everything) there prices were lower. They go above and beyond and keep you updated throughout the process.
