Although Brandon our service tech guy was super fast to get our car in for a repair and to follow up when it was ready, when we dropped it off, it was spotless/clean. When we picked it up, it was FILTHY! They hadn’t even attempted to clean it or rinse it off before returning it to us. Not to mention, when the young man/kid got in it, as soon as he was out of the garage and out of sight, we heard him punch the gas and gun it around the building. Very disappointed with Voss. They try and take advantage of customers. Every time I go here they try and tell me I need this and that. I had a personal friend who is a mechanic check over my car and I didn’t need even half the stuff they said I did. Same thing happened to a friend of mine.
