The car was a different color where it was fixed. The guy Don did not send in part of the claim after being asked to by myself and insurance expecting it, because “He decided not to”. Even though he was told to please do so. When asked repeatedly why he didn’t he said it wasn’t part of the accident. Again I explained that I never said it was. Service department is garbage. Charged for a service that they evidently didn't do and was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle took it next door and it was the air compressor for the air suspension. Beware if this service department.
My recent visit to your Certified service facility was very positive. My needs were quickly taken care of and every employee I had contact with was very pleasant, respectful and helpful.

We bought a used 2016 car there. In the first week the clutch kept sticking to the floor, had to replace the clutch master slave. Had the car for about a month when the battery died. Almost $1000 spent on repairs in the first month and a half. Do you not inspect your used cars???? Or are you just trying to move them off the lot. .. buyer beware!!!!!!

Outstanding customer satisfaction
Zero integrity. Typical used car sales. I had been communicating with Sales Consultant, Travis Schaefer, for several weeks about purchasing a CPO car from Voss. We traded dozens of emails about the car, approved financing terms, and he volunteered to hold the car until I could come see it, as I was purchasing from out of state. They replaced an engine for Rob Cortis and screwed it all up. Didn't install it right and ruined the replacement also. Would not trust their mechanics.
I have been a life long customer, but for over a year waiting for the correct parts for my Chevrolet only thing I get is excuses, they had the part and it vanished, ordered a new part after one year and it defective? And now they do not have a ETA....I hope the owners see this and send me a message confidentially to correct this.
