Managed to get booked in online quick and easy. Was greeted by a lovely young lady at reception and then met Ann for my appt. She was reassuring, explained everything and was very thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about my visit to Vons Hearing Clinic. I went in for what I thought was a simple earwax removal, but the experience turned out to be so much more than that! Vons Hearing Clinic is conveniently situated in the centre of Beverley. The staff are friendly and the clinic is bright and clean. The audiologist was informative and answered all my questions in a professional manner. Highly recommended!
Having called in without an appointment, I was welcomed to assist with my query. An immediate check and subsequent appointment was made and 2 days later my issue was resolved. The whole experience was so professional and made you feel like a valued client. Outstanding customer service and I would recommend very highly.
I have suffered from ear blockage for about two weeks. There was constant buzzing in my ear that was unbearable. My appointment at Vons Hearing Clinic was on 30th August. This is day I felt like reborn, connected with life again. The suction treatment was very gentle and I felt no irritation at all.
