Responsive & Courteous We moved from Colorado and was nervous about taking my car anywhere else. But these guys are great! Take the time to explain what needs to be done, and worked with me to get my S60 back on a maintenance schedule, as well as even came to my house so I could get the car back as I had no way of getting there when the car was ready.
They Know What They're Doing I've brought all of my Volvos here for the past 5 years, and have had stellar service everytime. I would highly recommend them over a non-Volvo specific repair establishment.
Great service for over 18 years My wife and I have been coming to Volvo Service Center since we moved to Lawrenceville for the first time back in 1990. They have worked on all of my Volvos and will continue to do so. My last car made it to 295,000 miles with their excellent service. I wanted to keep it, but I found a 2000 model with 40000 miles on it that I traded for and it now has 120000 miles and is going strong. My experience has been wonderful! The Volvo Service Center has serviced my 1999 S70 for years and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else! The staff is passionate about Volvos, knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is reliable and timely. And their prices are competitive. I feel that Volvo Service Center just knows my car. In fact, we recently moved from Lawrenceville to Hoschton; so the Volvo Service Center is not nearly as convenient for us, but we will continue to take my Volvo there!
20 years of outstanding service! We first starting coming to Volvo Service Center years ago with our 1989 Volvo station wagon--and now, we're still bringing our Volvo to them, although we've traded in for a newer model! Their customer service is excellent, but their integrity is why we keep coming back. I trust that the work will be done with excellence each and every time. Goog Service and peace of mind I have taken my 2004 Volve XC90 in the Volve Service center off Burford Dr. and have service equality customer service. The customer service rep. and tech. know what they are going and they explain every thing every clearly, I am at ease and I am very confident in the work and I know it is done right the first time. Best Volvo Repair I've Found I have used these guys for 10 years. They are great! From the fair pricing to the car washing, they do a really fine job. On time every time, too. My office is close by, so they take me there (or a co-worker takes me), but they have a nice waiting room if you have to wait. Very customer service oriented.
When your car has you down & out... We can definitely recommend the Volvo Service Center. New to the area it is important to have a knowledgeable & reliable auto mechanic/facility you can trust.
