A++++++ A+++. I had some motor problems with my 2007 Volvo. Thomas at Volvo Service Ceter deserves an A+ times 10!!! They were super nice, helpful, efficient, and their costs compared to others were extremely reasonable. Being that I was not local, he sent an email explaining what was wrong with pictures, descriptions etc. I don't know of any other repair shop that would go that extra step to put me at ease. Never Again My car was shifting bad. Took it to Volvo Service Center. Was told I needed a Transmission Flush and Software "to start". Was about $330. Said OK. Drove the car home and still shifting bad. Called Volvo Service Center, was told that I now needed a new transmission. It was going to cost $3800. Called the dealership for a second quote....I was told that the Trans. Flush does more damage than good and almost never fixes anything. Was told that the dealership never performs Trans. 20 years of outstanding service! We first starting coming to Volvo Service Center years ago with our 1989 Volvo station wagon--and now, we're still bringing our Volvo to them, although we've traded in for a newer model! Their customer service is excellent, but their integrity is why we keep coming back. I trust that the work will be done with excellence each and every time. Thanks, Volvo Service Center, for maintaining a standard of excellence.
Overpriced I dropped my C-70 off for repairs. Their pricing is ridiculous. There are a lot of other places that will do the work for half the price ( I called around after I authorized them to do the work). When you ask them why it's so expensive they will say it's because the parts are high tech and it's very labor intensive. They say this for everything. I left feeling completely violated. Never again!!

Great service for over 18 years My wife and I have been coming to Volvo Service Center since we moved to Lawrenceville for the first time back in 1990. They have worked on all of my Volvos and will continue to do so. My last car made it to 295,000 miles with their excellent service. I wanted to keep it, but I found a 2000 model with 40000 miles on it that I traded for and it now has 120000 miles and is going strong. MUCH BETTER THAN ANY DEALER!!! I contacted the Volvo service center once learning that my local dealer was closing and will be a customer for life! I was greeted by owners not sales staff and the technician came out and personally answered my questions. They appeared to work as a team and treated me like I was already a customer for life. Best Volvo Repair I've Found I have used these guys for 10 years. They are great! From the fair pricing to the car washing, they do a really fine job. On time every time, too. My office is close by, so they take me there (or a co-worker takes me), but they have a nice waiting room if you have to wait. Very customer service oriented.
CEO I have been taking my "black beauty" S80 to these folks for several years. Previously, I returned to the dealership where I purchased the car for maintenance only to have them find "problems" and costly ones at that. What I found at Volvo Service Center is a fair price for trustworthy work---how rare and delightful.
