My experience has been wonderful! The Volvo Service Center has serviced my 1999 S70 for years and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else! The staff is passionate about Volvos, knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is reliable and timely. And their prices are competitive. I feel that Volvo Service Center just knows my car. In fact, we recently moved from Lawrenceville to Hoschton; so the Volvo Service Center is not nearly as convenient for us, but we will continue to take my Volvo there!
High Prices Prices are very high. Check around before you go here! Also, Called at 3 pm and no one answered or returned my call.
Honesty is the best policy Once again, they saved the day. I will never take my car anywhere else. I was on my way to work when my car just shut off in the middle of the road. I called them, they got me towed in right away, fixed the problem & had me out the door in no time. These guys have everything that the dealer has & 1 thing the dealer dont have, honesty. When your car has you down & out... We can definitely recommend the Volvo Service Center. New to the area it is important to have a knowledgeable & reliable auto mechanic/facility you can trust. We are a repeat customer & have always been treated professionally, our service details explained in layman terms, efficient turnaround times. Goog Service and peace of mind I have taken my 2004 Volve XC90 in the Volve Service center off Burford Dr. and have service equality customer service. The customer service rep. and tech. know what they are going and they explain every thing every clearly, I am at ease and I am very confident in the work and I know it is done right the first time. Responsive & Courteous We moved from Colorado and was nervous about taking my car anywhere else. But these guys are great! Take the time to explain what needs to be done, and worked with me to get my S60 back on a maintenance schedule, as well as even came to my house so I could get the car back as I had no way of getting there when the car was ready. I also love they are open so early (7am) so I can get in and still get to work on time. I even got there 10 minutes early and the doors were open and welcomed with a smile.
They Know What They're Doing I've brought all of my Volvos here for the past 5 years, and have had stellar service everytime. I would highly recommend them over a non-Volvo specific repair establishment.
Lack of accomodation for a repeat customer I purchased a used Volvo S-40 from the Volvo Service Center, Lawrenceville, Georgia approximately five (5) years ago and have had the vehicle serviced at the Volvo Service Center since the purchase. Yesterday (12/1/07) I replaced a defective oxygen sensor and stopped by the Volvo Service Center to request that they clear the engine codes. I was told they would clear the codes for $99. Comfort in knowing the job was done right! I arrived at the Volvo Service Center at 6:30 am and found the business already open. Jeremiah was very helpful and saved me alot of time. I had a major service done on my car and the quality of work was exceptional. This is my wife's car and I would not trust just anyone with my families safety. Thanks Guys.
