HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!! Worst repair shop I have ever been to. Overpriced and did not do the actual work that they overcharged me for. They had the nerve to charge me for a car wash that I didn't ask for and charged me $500. more than the quote on the phone. I should have called the police on them. PLEASE shop around before going to this business. I don't know how they sleep at night running the scam that they do. They are ROBBING honest people of money. HONEST!! and less expensive than dealer After taking my S60 to the dealer and getting quoted $2,300 for repairs, I towed the vehicle to Thomas at Volvo Service Center. Not only did they perform the work a lot less expensive than the dealer, but informed me that I did not need all of the repairs that the dealer had quoted me. He even took my back to my car and was able to show me the defective/non defective parts!! They could have just replaced the good parts and collected my money, but they didn't. Brand New Brand new customer as of noon time today. We will the results in a few days after ther install a new ignition switch in my XC90. I understand the price was about right
Watch Out Took my car in for Check Engine light several times. I spent several hundreds to repair a leak in the gas tank system. The last time it came on the same gas tank system repair was going to cost me $5200!!! Took my car to the dealership. It only had a hose leaking. $123.94!! Never again will I go to Volvo Service Center.
Quality service center I have been bring my 1999 s70 to the Volvo service center for many years. Throughout the years they have consistently remained a very professional and personable service center to do business with. There prices are reasonable and the turn around times are very good. I enjoy working with good people and will continue to do business with them in the future.

A++++++ A+++. I had some motor problems with my 2007 Volvo. Thomas at Volvo Service Ceter deserves an A+ times 10!!! They were super nice, helpful, efficient, and their costs compared to others were extremely reasonable. Being that I was not local, he sent an email explaining what was wrong with pictures, descriptions etc. I don't know of any other repair shop that would go that extra step to put me at ease. When it was time to pick up my car, he saved all parts & explained in detail what was fixed.
