HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!! Worst repair shop I have ever been to. Overpriced and did not do the actual work that they overcharged me for. They had the nerve to charge me for a car wash that I didn't ask for and charged me $500. more than the quote on the phone. I should have called the police on them. PLEASE shop around before going to this business. I don't know how they sleep at night running the scam that they do. They are ROBBING honest people of money. HONEST!! and less expensive than dealer After taking my S60 to the dealer and getting quoted $2,300 for repairs, I towed the vehicle to Thomas at Volvo Service Center. Not only did they perform the work a lot less expensive than the dealer, but informed me that I did not need all of the repairs that the dealer had quoted me. He even took my back to my car and was able to show me the defective/non defective parts!! They could have just replaced the good parts and collected my money, but they didn't. Honesty is the best policy Once again, they saved the day. I will never take my car anywhere else. I was on my way to work when my car just shut off in the middle of the road. I called them, they got me towed in right away, fixed the problem & had me out the door in no time. These guys have everything that the dealer has & 1 thing the dealer dont have, honesty. Thanks again for saving me

Overpriced I dropped my C-70 off for repairs. Their pricing is ridiculous. There are a lot of other places that will do the work for half the price ( I called around after I authorized them to do the work). When you ask them why it's so expensive they will say it's because the parts are high tech and it's very labor intensive. They say this for everything. I left feeling completely violated. Never again!!
Never Again My car was shifting bad. Took it to Volvo Service Center. Was told I needed a Transmission Flush and Software "to start". Was about $330. Said OK. Drove the car home and still shifting bad. Called Volvo Service Center, was told that I now needed a new transmission. It was going to cost $3800. Called the dealership for a second quote....I was told that the Trans. Flush does more damage than good and almost never fixes anything. Was told that the dealership never performs Trans. Flushes on cars with a problem.
Quality service center I have been bring my 1999 s70 to the Volvo service center for many years. Throughout the years they have consistently remained a very professional and personable service center to do business with. There prices are reasonable and the turn around times are very good. I enjoy working with good people and will continue to do business with them in the future.
Comfort in knowing the job was done right! I arrived at the Volvo Service Center at 6:30 am and found the business already open. Jeremiah was very helpful and saved me alot of time. I had a major service done on my car and the quality of work was exceptional. This is my wife's car and I would not trust just anyone with my families safety. Thanks Guys.
CEO I have been taking my "black beauty" S80 to these folks for several years. Previously, I returned to the dealership where I purchased the car for maintenance only to have them find "problems" and costly ones at that. What I found at Volvo Service Center is a fair price for trustworthy work---how rare and delightful.
