I was traveling from Florida up North and i had some issues with my car along the way. I looked up the nearest VW dealer and luckily it was VW of South Charlotte. My issue was quickly resolved and Dane had me back on the road quickly. Turns out Dane is a big VW enthusiast and so is Marcus, so while waiting on my car I was able to keep busy chatting car things with them. Both Dane and Marcus are a great asset to the dealership.

I am impressed with the showroom and friendliness of the staff after a recent visit. Marcus Esteves was helpful and knowledable about the Golf I plan to purchase soon.
Went with my fiance to get her car serviced and we talked to one of the friendly sales associates Torri about potentially purchasing her car off lease. He was able to quickly provide all the info we needed and didnt try to push us into anything newer. The finance director Abe was extremely nice and very helpful with getting our loan sorted out. We left in our freshly serviced and cleaned jetta as happy customers! Thanks again VW South Charlotte, Torri and Abe!
