I spend 2 days to sorting my phone. What they doing, so be careful: So, my phone was dirty and I want upgrade with new phone. They told ok. Then he told: your phone need new sim card for update with cheep price. So they sed you need put signature, I did 3 times, paying £20 and they told. We havent phone now...you need wait, till Sunday. I sed. Ok. They printing paper and seems im done with all Vodafone. Then back home, I have call from Vodafone and they told: im left Vodafone, what reason. Sonce the 'upgrade" 2 weeks ago with my home broadband this is the 4th time it's been out of comission. 3 whole days and few hours again today. And when I ask thier customer service what kind of compensation they're offering for a service which I've paid for and not recieved they start quoting Ofcom rules and regulations! Really poor policy guys I've been a customer for years and that's your response when you have a genuine issue to deal with? You ain't making no friends in this neck of the woods. Get a grip. Review for Vodafone & Assurant Phone Insurance: I’m very disappointed with Vodafone's phone insurance service, which is managed by Assurant. I lost my phone and immediately reported it. I explained everything clearly, provided all the proof they asked for, and followed their process.
