We had a minor flooding incident in one of our rooms and the flooring and rug were ruined. When we reach out to Voda to restore our rug, we did not have a timeframe for when our floors would be fully recovered. Voda was extremely resposive and flexible with our scheduled. Emily was particularly helpful in working through the complexities of our situation. Voda even stored our rug for almost a month after it had been cleaned while the work on the floors was being completed.
Kenly worked extra hard to remove our stains!
