I had an appointment today, but they clearly didn’t care. I waited 40 minutes with no explanation or apology. What’s the point of booking an appointment if it’s completely ignored? I ended up leaving. Very unprofessional.

The BEST nail salon experience we’ve ever had! My friend and I came to VN Nails for a set of acrylics, and we’re absolutely obsessed with the results. The staff were so friendly and welcoming—it instantly felt like a relaxing little escape. The space is clean, calming, and beautifully set up. They took their time with our nails, made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and even gave us great tips for aftercare to keep them looking fresh.
