Vixercise classes are amazing and great fun! Whether you are beginning your fitness journey or are more experienced and looking for something different, there is something for everyone. With high and low impact on most exercises, Vicky and her fellow instructors explain things clearly and are always welcoming!

Having recently moved to the area I had been looking for a Pilates class and found Vixercise classes. Vicki is a great teacher and always gives different options and levels for the exercises. I have a few health conditions and I feel safe and confident in her classes that I can stop or adapt exercises to suit my body. Vicky's classes are brilliant and full of fun. Vicky is very approachable and happy to answer any questions. The groups are very friendly and all fitness levels encouraged. There are exercises suitable for everyone. I would highly recommend Vixercise!
