always brill service
This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They barely understand the most basic English words related to nails, which makes communication almost impossible. Nobody expects advanced English, but how can you provide nail services without even knowing the essential terms? First timer and will definitely be returning. I am a fussy customer as my nails have been done so badly from previous salons in the past however my nail tech Mia & Vivian made sure that I did not leave the salon until I was absolutely happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when I wasn’t sure on colours as they all look different to your inspo pic on your own hands. Thank you both I will see you again in a few fees for another set with a different design you can help me with 😁 thanks again ladies x
Viviens did my wedding nails for Saturday and they are they are STUNNING! I came in yesterday because another salon had done my nails quite bad and so last minute I tried to find somewhere and found Viviens They took off the nails and completely redone them and they’re just perfect Please please thank the lady who did my nails, I didn’t get her name but the time & care she put into doing them - it was lovely and such a positive experience You’ve got a customer for life now, I’ll be back ☺️
