Walked in without an appointment and was seen instantly! Clean, friendly, and professional. Even after a tiny cuticle nick, the staff were so apologetic I felt bad for them — left with great nails, a smile, and a tip. I’ll be back!

After speaking to multiple people about what happened to me, i felt it was necessary to leave this review. I had been coming to this salon as a regular client as my local, and my last visit was less than pleasant. How they handled the situation and tried to charge me full price albeit the situation really showed me their true colours as a business. Are the employees qualified nail technicians? No! Very high rotation of employees all from Vietnam. Besides the owner, they don't speak English. In terms of the quality versus prices, there are other nail salons in St Johns Wood.

My technician did an amazing job (I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but it was the male technician) - his attention to detail was impressive and I'm so happy with the result. The rest of the ladies were very kind, definitely coming back!
