Run away! I've lived here for two years. I moved in shortly after the complex opened, there was various plumbing issues initially which I expected since I imagined the new staff was getting acquainted with the new building. Things only got worse, the plumbing issues have not stopped. Countless thefts at the complex have occurred. From multiple cars having wheels stolen and left on cinder blocks from the "gated" parking structure under 24-hour "surveillance" to dozens of bikes mysteriously disappearing from the locked and fob... read more
Don't be Fooled This place is filled with people with utter disregard for others. The staff are useless.
Don't Be Fooled The building has a nice facade, but it's made of wood and shakes and rattles and is filled with people with absolute utter disregard.
Noisy neighbors This building has many features, which is great. The leasing staffs are really nice and helpful. But there are some negative points. The walls are super thin and the neighbors are rude and horrible. Not all of them. But you have to be ready for many annoying moments in this building. I am very pleased with this building My finance and I moved here in August and so far we have been very happy with this building. We love the location as well as all of the amenities this building has to offer. The building is right in the middle of everything there are so many things to do near by, Anaheim Gardenwalk, Block of Orange, Downtown Disney, 5 Freeway and the 57 Freeways are all within 5 miles which is so convenient . So Far So GREAT (Moving in 08/31/18) Jason and the leasing office as a whole are thee absolute best thus far. They've gone above and beyond to make sure my move will go as smooth and easy as possible - answering every single one of my million questions, doing their best to accommodate my every need and request, prompt and thorough responses, no run-around, awesome move-in specials, etc. Again, an absolute pleasure so far. Rude and unhelpful The staff are rude and unprofessional. They have an emergency number that i can call for help. Once i called them to help me open my apartment no one helped they said they cant do anything we are here only if your apartment is fluding, so i slept in a hotel one night until i go by morning get my keyes.

The good the bad and the ugly I am a current resident. The complex is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. It excels in the amenities and location, which is pretty standard for apartments in this area. The customer service from the front office staff is horrific, they are not helpful, unprofessional, and all around rude.
