Verified Renter Definitely would recommend Vivere Flats as a wonderful place to live! Leasing agent Vance is awesome and made the process such a breeze. Love the grills and the pool area. Feel like vacation but it's home! Gym is clean and has State of the art equipment. Dog friendly community!

Verified Renter It's a great community, a little pricey, but I like there is a patrol of the building, the grounds are kept clean, the units are nice and spacious, I typically don't hear too much from my neighbors above. Overall, besides the price, I love living here

Unsatisfied During my visitor's stay at Vivere Flats, a frustrating incident overshadowed the overall experience. Despite being told by a security guard that they had three hours of parking, their car was towed without any warning or written notice, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Upon their return to the car within the supposed time limit, it was shocking to find it missing.
