Verified Renter As always love my apartment's features, finishes, and finesse! Convenience from the train station, airports, and highways cannot be beat. The staff in particular though are that extra razzle dazzle. I always feel like I'm talking to a neighbor. So glad to have found a real place that feels like home.

Unsafe, lack of care of residents, constant issues Please do yourself a favor and do not move in here or any ConAm managed property. The management is horrible and does not care for its residents. I've tried contacting them multiple times but not even a response. The people who work at Vivere Flats are nice but ultimately helpless to make effective change because ConAm does not authorize what needs to be done.
