Verified Renter Weve recently renewed our lease at Vivere Flats and overall enjoy the community. The staff has always been friendly whether that be leasing, maintenance or cleaning. The amenities are generally clean and the community as a whole has good noise levels, which is great. Close to work which is convenient.

Verified Renter Overall its a great place to live. The staff in the leasing office are always amazing. The grounds are always clean. But the dog urine smell in the hallways is unfortunate but not overwhelming.
Verified Renter I've lived at Vivere Flats for 2.5 years, and I'm very happy here. It's not too loud, apartments are new, and the grounds are nicely maintained. The office and cleaning/maintenance staff are very courteous and friendly.
