Verified Renter Pre Covid, the ConAm company seemed to care about residents by hosting community gatherings/parties, random events such as paint nights and live music. Since Covid, all has been taken away and rent has increased. It seems as if ConAm no longer cares about their residents, rather a profit. Other local communities resumed gatherings and social events. However Vivere Flats does nothing.

They are always there when you need them, anytime I have ever needed maintenance whether it was a light issue or battery etc they always get the job done quick! Very well maintained property! 100% recommended if you are looking for an apartment!
