You dont know how to bill! I this isnt the first time!! I went in with my husband and we were both told we didn't have to pay a co-pay... then I get billed over $200 for my visit!!! I sick and tired of you all messing up I will no longer use your company nor will I ever recommend you to anyone ever again. ��
Got there with a sick child and myself and waited for 3 hours, got excuses and just no a great experience. They don’t tell you how long is the wait just keep saying soon and I don’t understand their system 3 hours for an Urgent Care????plus and attitude from the manager didn’t help at all. After being advertised as good quality and urgent care I’m extremely disappointed.
VitalMed has great customer service and excellent medical staff. I highly recommend it !
