We've been here since about 5:30 and its almost 9:00. were still waiting. Dr. Has a horrible bedside manner. I have got to find a better clinic! This place is horrible
long wait time. asked if you need appointment to get see . they said no and you get seen as walk ins. we arrive at 1230 when there were only 6 other persons in waiting area. almost 3 hrs later we are still in waiting area. all 6 others people have been seen and already left. Front desk girl said we were next yet they've already call 2 other people ahead of us. I dont understand their system. If they are seeing patients depending on their medical urgency why is there a woman passed out on the floor and no one seeing her?

The only reason I know who saw my son was bc his name was on the prescription ... was a quick literally 1 min visit. Fast paced dont’t even think he looked at us and just said it was a throat infection and printed out prescription ... asked what his symptoms were and i honestly dont think he was paying attention. Did not let us ask any questions etc - just horrible I’m glad that I do not treat my patients this way and never will!
The staff was amazing! They anticipated my every need and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this facility for family and friends.

Horrible experience!!!!! I’ve been going for the past 4 years with the kids and always had a pleasant experience. Today, I took my kids because of a cough and it was way more serious than expected. Dr. Javier Reyna basically gave us a diagnosis and quickly walked out the room without asking if we had any questions. Both my son and I had to walk out and ask him questions in the hallway in front of staff. I felt it was very unprofessional and won’t be going back.
